Great training is life changing.
It lifts organizations as an investment in the performance, well-being and cognitive tools that transform work into workplaces, jobs into rewarding careers.
Our mission at Vitality, is to design trainings specific to your organization or individual needs, and deliver them in meaningful sessions to provide lasting, data-driven insights to fuel day-to-day performance.
For managers, that means scheduling an initial discovery session to listen, assess and craft options for programs. You’re not picking from a menu and hoping for the best, you’re a partner in creating programs that impart the latest tested methods and findings to boost productivity, work satisfaction and growth for your staff.
For individual practitioners, it’s very similar but on a more intimate, directed platform and pace to accommodate your time and schedule.
In addition to a detailed plan outlining the core modules we’ll propose (often delivered in weekly sessions to allow for study, comprehension and feedback) we also embrace the inclusion of an Evaluation Plan. The plan is a robust evaluation model, central to establishing our program as an evidence-based practice and demonstrating its effectiveness. We will employ a multi-pronged approach, incorporating formative evaluations conducted weekly to track participants’ knowledge, skill development, and overall attitude towards the program.
Additionally, pre- and post-program summative evaluations will offer a comprehensive assessment of participant progress. Our ideal scenario involves collecting data from key stakeholders. This approach will provide a holistic understanding of the program’s impact on knowledge, skills, attitudes, and behavior, solidifying its value and laying the groundwork for future iterations and broader implementation. Data gathered will be used to inform efficacy as well as future programming.
We also tailor training methods and delivery to meet staffs and individuals where they are, including the use of teleconferencing, on- and off-site labs or classrooms and larger auditoriums depending upon the size and scope of the audience. Sessions can be scheduled during and/or before or after office hours depending upon your preferences.
The goal isn’t to trot out tired-and-true nuggets in hopes something sticks. It is to share the data that helps your systems make better sense, to impart methods and tools that can be readily embraced in daily practice, and to build teams and practices that thrive in even the most difficult scenarios.
If you would like to know more about Vitality’s personal professional development training, please book your discovery session today. We will be delighted to ask the questions and discover how and why our level of training may be ideal for you.
